REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Bittinger Volunteer Fire Department is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for building renovation and improvements for our facility located 11794 Bittinger Road, Bittinger, MD. Work includes emergency generator installation, bunk room and bathroom construction, office and kitchen renovations, concrete and lighting upgrades, and related improvements.

Sealed proposals must be clearly marked “Bittinger VFD Renovation Project” and received no later than October 31st, 2025.
