Dear Friends and Neighbors, We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As we reflect on the past year, we are filled with immense gratitude for the unwavering support and generosity our community has shown towards the Bittinger Volunteer Fire Department. Since our founding in 1973 by a group of dedicated local men, we have grown into a cornerstone of community emergency services, thanks to your continued support. Today, our department is proud to operate with five advanced pieces of apparatus, including an advanced/basic life support ambulance, ensuring that we can respond to emergencies with the highest level of care and efficiency. Our commitment to the safety and well-being of our community is unwavering, and we strive to maintain the highest standards in all our operations. In addition to our emergency response capabilities, we are dedicated to fostering the next generation of first responders through our Junior Cadet Program. This initiative provides young community members with invaluable training and engagement opportunities, helping them develop the skills and passion needed to serve our community in the future. Our efforts are significantly bolstered by our active fundraising Auxiliary, whose tireless dedication helps us enhance our service delivery and maintain our operations. However, as a volunteer department, we rely heavily on the generosity of individuals like you to continue our mission. We are reaching out to ask for your support once again.
